Ok, I have an issue. First of all, I made an order of a physical book and pdf bundle back on July 29th. The same day, I e-mailed customer support, and have done so weekly since then. At around the 3 week mark, I started trying to call, but even during business hours, I only get a message stating "this customer's voice mail box is full, and is unable to receive messages."
So... I have seen no customer service at all. Now, I'm trying the forums in a last-ditch effort to get anyone to respond - at all.
Basically, I made the purchase, paid for it (including shipping, I might add - you'll see why this is important in a moment), and the item went into my "sidecart". I did not want it to do this, as I had paid for shipping, but it went there regardless. I didn't think much of it as I had a subscription coming anyway. Since then, I have received several subscriptions, but there it remains - in the sidecart.
I have not yet received the pdf nor the physical book. I am asking anyone to please, please at least just respond. This is getting... really bad at this point.
