Cancel Pending Orders

I sent an email, but I'm not sure if the covid things has the email service backlogged. I would like to cancel two of my pending orders as it is faster to buy the products at the store.

Orders 3608360 and 3936565


These orders just shipped. If emails and forum posts don't contact customer service a week before an order ships to cancel it, what am I supposed to do?

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through our backlog. I'm so sorry your orders shipped out when you had wanted to cancel them. I have gone ahead and issued you a refund for the orders and you should see the refund post to your card in the next 5 to 7 business days. You can refuse the packages at the door or "return to sender" to send them back to us free of charge. Let me know if you have any other questions about your orders!
