While I had wished for a new Forum for PFS2, because still to this day we get questions that never clarify what edition the poster is asking about, I am not sure I see a point to having a "General" Organized Play Forum.
I guess maybe Blogs that address both Starfinder and Pathfinder can be posted here?

Yes, most of the blog posts fit here well, those are system agnostic. Some are still system specific (AcP(for now), scenario preview blurbs)
On a quick scan of non-blog posts in the PFS section, the main things that stick out are general questions about how on-line play works/how to find games. There's a PFStracker.net thread that would fit.
I think its good to have it, but its probably going end up pretty close to an "announcement" channel, with lots of posts getting flagged for wrong forum, just because its the first subcategory and people would have chosen a system specific one.
