Hi,

I wrote to you on August 20th, about not having received my APG book that was shipped on July 29th. I see that many messages posted after mine have been resolved, but no one a replied to me yet.

Can you please update me on the status? Is it lost? I will buy a copy at my local store and request a reimbursement, if I don't hear back from CS.
