Hi, I wrote to you on August 20th, about not having received my APG book that was shipped on July 29th. I see that many messages posted after mine have been resolved, but no one a replied to me yet. Can you please update me on the status? Is it lost? I will buy a copy at my local store and request a reimbursement, if I don't hear back from CS. Thank you, Jose Lefebvre

I've had thhis happen in the past and I called CS, and they gave me access to the PDF. Problem now is...can't call CS!!!
I had high hopes after Bestiary 2 took 7 days to go from pending to shipped....APG is now 19 days and counting!
Been pending since the 10th..... sigh!!!! :-( |
