Order 28919949 Never Arrived

Order 28919949, which was shipped on July 5th, never arrived. How is Paizo dealing with ahipments that have never made it to their customers in this difficult time? If it doesn't arrive soon, is there a date in which you will ship me another case? Please let me know.
