Help fine tune: The Demon. Lizardfolk barbarian.

Advice

Have this idea for a campaign a friend is doing where the party eventually goes to hell.

I figured why not play into this and make a tiefling that eventually wants to take over hell.

And play into it further by making him terrifyingly demonic somehow.

Basic premise. Lizardfolk tiefling animal barbarian with deer instinct, animal skin and nimble hooves. Thus you have a 6-7ft tall muscled lizardfolk with tiefling tells and hooves and dark vision who and he rages he grows long demonic antlers and later when can grow demonic wings.

Terrifying right?

Str 18
Dex 16(need acrobatics to fly well later)
Con 12
Int 10
Wis 12
Cha 10

Bump str/dex/con/Cha every asi level.

Focus on Athletics/acrobatics/intimidation in that order.

1-fiendish eyes, sudden charge (retrain out to raging intimidation once you pick up predators pounce)

2- second wind, Titan wrestler. As a animal barbarian you really live and die by your rage. Though my DM is doing automatic bonus progression so having a ranged weapon for when I'm not raging isn't terrible

3- fleet

4- combat climber, raging athlete. Gaining your speed in movement for climbing and swimming is great in my mind, especially if you or your DM is creative.

5-. Nimble hooves

6- animal skin, quick jump

7- toughness

8- attack of opportunity, underwater marauder.

9- fiendish wings

10- fast movement, aerobatics mastery

11- diehard

12- intimidating prowess, embrace the pain

13- terrain advantage

14- battlecry, predators pounce

15- fast recovery

16- cloud jump, reckless abandon

17- relentless wings

18- rapid mantle, vicious evisceration

19- canny acumen

20- unstoppable juggernaut, kip up

This was my first pass. Initial thoughts is that embrace the pain while awesome probably not as good as attack of opportunity especially when I have reach. But that's what I have for now.

Oh, did I mention with deer instinct you grow fur? Yes. Truly terrifying.

With the way ASIs work in Pathfinder 2e (increased by +2 for scores below 18, increased by +1 for scores above 18), always increasing Dexterity and Constitution is going to have your character end at Level 20 with odd ability scores, so I'd recommend spending at least some increases on your Wisdom so that your Will saves and Perception abilities aren't left behind too badly.
