Meta magic rod, Spell Echo

Given I cast a Fireball (lv 3 spell), and use the Rod to store another fireball.
Can I:
Senario A:
Cast an another spell then use Spell Echo to cast Fireball again.
Senario B:
Cast another spell (Lightning bolt lv3 spell) and store that spell as well? (1 Fireball + 1 lightning bolt)
Senario C:
Can I use cast Fireball > cast Spell Echo (Fireball) > cast Spell Echo (Fireball) > cast Spell Echo (Fireball)
Senario D:
Cast Fireball > Spell echo (Fireball) > Cast Lightning bolt > spell echo (lightning bolt)

I think you're talking about a Rod of Echoing Spell. Here's the feat description.

Echoing Spell doesn't "store" a spell, it just means you don't lose the prepared spell or spell slot when you cast the spell. The Metamagic Rod of Echoing allows you to do this with up to 3 spells per day.

Assuming you are a prepared caster (wizard):

- You use the rod to cast your prepared fireball. You still have that fireball prepared and can cast it again at any point later today.
- However you cannot use the rod on that second casting of fireball (per the feat description).
- If you prepare 3 fireballs today, you can use the rod once on each of them, giving you a total of 3 additional fireballs
- You can use the rod on a fireball, then use it while casting lightning bolt. You still have both spells prepared and can cast each one once more today.
