If you want a FAQ, here's one about a reduced level spell. There's a dev comment about a wood element school spell similarly somewhere.

I noticed similar issues with the Oracle:
The Oracle's Dragon mystery adds "True Seeing" at 14th level, i.e. as a 7th-level spell, but True Seeing is a 5th-level spell for Oracles.
The Oracle's Godclaw mystery adds "Hold Person" at 6th level, i.e. as a 3rd-level spell, but Hold Person is a 2nd-level spell for Oracles.
The Oracle's Solar mystery adds "Planar Adaptation" at 10th level, i.e. as a 5th-level spell, but Planar Adaptation is a 4th-level spell for Oracles.

The sorcerer's Harrow bloodline adds the "Greater Harrowing" bonus spell at level 15, i.e. as a 7th-level spell; but "Greater Harrowing" is a 6th-level spell for sorcerers. Is this a mistake or what does it mean?
There is nothing in the description of the Sorcerer's Bloodline that suggests that the bonus spells have to be of the highest level the Sorcerer can cast. So the get Greater Harrowing as a 6th-level spell because that is what it is. What reason is there to think otherwise?
