Snares crafting time

Each day during your daily preparations, you can prepare four snares from your formula book for quick deployment; if they normally take 1 minute to Craft, you can Craft them with 3 Interact actions. The number of snares increases to six if you're a master in Crafting and eight if you're legendary. Snares prepared in this way don't cost you any resources to Craft.

How am I supposed to know what can I craft and what I can't?

Also, I just need to hit the same level as the snare in order to craft it ( resources apart ), don't I?

The key line is "four snares from your formula book" (Snarecrafter). If the snares are in the character's formula book and he or she meets the other prerequisites, such as level, then the snarecrafter can prepare them.

The Snarecrafter archetype does not give free formulas, so the character either has to buy the formulas, or take a feat that gives free formulas. The Snare Crafting feat that is a prerequisite for Snarecrafter Dedication gives four free common snare formulas. When a character in my game took the feat, I let her learn formulas above his level, which he won't be able to use until he reaches the snare's level.
