Dear Sirs and Madams,
I tried to buy "The Slithering" with the Paizo Con Reward Code, however I got a note that the code was either "not recognized or is not valid for this order". Can you please tell me why I cannot apply the code to that product, or if the code is indeed not working?

We had an issue with vouchers lately where our system got too aggressive and over-cancelled; we're working on ironing it out but it's a manual process. If you email the code to organizedplay@paizo.com and let us know what con you got it from we can un-cancel it for you.
Send them an email and they'll take care of it. Cheers
