On Monday, August 10th I posted a thread on these boards asking for the removal of the City of Lost Omens Red & Black Dragons from my Sidecart before the August orders could spawn. That message went unanswered all week, and despite the order spawn authorization being pushed back to late Thursday, the issue went unattended and Order 30559237 has since spawned, with the dragons included.
Could you please remove the Pathfinder Battles: City of Lost Omens Red & Black Dragons from this order? And could you please either restore the entire $25.00 in store credit I purchased on August 10th to my account or at least make sure that the difference between the remainder of my August order (Adventure Path #158) and the $25.00 in store credit is restored to my account?
To be clear, the only thing that should be included on Order 30559237 is Adventure Path #158. And it should be pulling from the $25.00 in store credit that I purchased on Monday, August 10th.
I am no longer interested in the dragons, so please don't stick them back in my Sidecart.

Hello again Pigraven!
Seeing this request, I have gone ahead and processed a return for the City of Lost Omens Dragons as well. You'll note that the full $25 credit is applied to the order despite the order falling under $25. That's due to a mistake I made in refunding the amount before accounting for the store credit. Essentially, I refunded some of your store credit to your card. Everything should balance out and you should see funds returned to you in the next week or so! Thanks again for your patience.

So what do I do with the dragons? I've never returned a product to Paizo before. Is there a post somewhere that describes the steps? (I've returned product to other places, of course, but Paizo seems to have their own way of doing everything).
And, just curious, but do you know the date that October orders are currently set to start spawning? My best guess is the last week of September/beginning of October, so that's Monday September 28th-Friday, October 2nd. Last year you good folks were able to put up the October/November/December threads around this time, with the tentative early dates, so we could make end-of-month adjustments if necessary. I found it extremely helpful. (Although, as tentative dates, I think some of them did change, as well as product availability; but knowing the initial date was still helpful to prevent last minute issues on our end).

You can go ahead and keep the dragons since this whole mix up was due to our backlog and you had requested that the order be cancelled well in advance of it shipping out. October subscriptions will auth next Thursday the 24th, and I'll see if I can get October through December threads up today.
To answer the question in this thread about the December Battles products, we don't have a date set yet for when those product pages will go live but you can expect a shiny new blog post when they do! I'll also be sure to pass along that it would be helpful for subscribers to know a bit more in advance what those products will be.
