Can't download Advanced players guide (Single file)

Title.
I can't download the single file (Pathfinder 2e). When I do it's a 0kb file that is, of course, unusable.
Funny enough the file per chapter works fine.
Wat do?

I'd recommend that you try clicking the "Refresh Downloads" button at the top of the Digital Content page. After that, click on the file again to personalize. Wait a moment, then click again to have it be ready for download.

After refreshing your downloads, were you able to download your single file Advanced Player's Guide? Looking at the file attached to your account, our records indicate that you should be able to access the file. Please let me know if you are still not able to download your PDF and I would be happy to investigate further!
