I just received order #30174550 today via Mail Innovations International. The packing list shows the Starfinder Starship Operations Manual (PZO7114) as being in this package. However it is not so I would like it replaced.
Also, since I paid duty on an purchase that I didn't receive how can it be shipped to me so that will not have to pay duty on it for a second time?

I have set up a replacement in your sidecart to ship out with your October subscriptions. Since the replacement is free you should not be charged customs duties on the replacement book.
While I was looking at your order, I noticed that due to a shipping rate change, your shipping on this order increased from your original quote. I have gone ahead and issued your account a credit for the difference between your quoted shipping charge and the amount your were actually charged. Let me know if you have any questions about this.
