Interesting update to the 500 error I mentioned before on the FAQ page: It goes away if I both sign out and clear out my cookies for this site, but then comes back immediately when I sign back in and I gain an error cookie. Wonder if something similar is on the main page.

If you figure this one out please let me know. I'm having the same issue.

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through our backlog. I'm so sorry your Starship Operations Manual was not included in your order. I have set up a replacement in your sidecart to ship out with your October subscriptions. Since the replacement is free you should not be charged customs duties on the replacement book.

While I was looking at your order, I noticed that due to a shipping rate change, your shipping on this order increased from your original quote. I have gone ahead and issued your account a credit for the difference between your quoted shipping charge and the amount your were actually charged. Let me know if you have any questions about this.

I just received order #30174550 today via Mail Innovations International. The packing list shows the Starfinder Starship Operations Manual (PZO7114) as being in this package. However it is not so I would like it replaced.

Also, since I paid duty on an purchase that I didn't receive how can it be shipped to me so that will not have to pay duty on it for a second time?

Credit card was charged on Monday, still pending. Hoping for tomorrow.

I'm still waiting on my May order, received June last week but still no sign of May yet (In Australia), those long wait times for overseas shipments are killers

International orders are a pain. The funny thing is the pre-covid I could drive to the Paizo offices in about 2 1/2 hours.

Still pending from July 10th. If shipping goes as well as last month I should receive my subscription by mid September (I just received the June order on July 24, it shipped June 19).

I was wondering if I could add the:
Pathfinder GM Screen
Pathfinder Character Sheet Pack
Pathfinder Condition Card Deck
that are still pending from Order 4452331 to Order 7969144.

Just trying to save on shipping.
