My Request: Could somebody please remove the Pathfinder Battles: City of Lost Omens Premium Figure Adult Red & Black Dragons from my Sidecart so it doesn't get placed with my order spawn this week? Thank you in advance!

My Reason: The shipping cost for such a (relatively) small and lightweight box is just way too much. It not only negates the accompanying Battles discount, it still costs more than it would at retail value from online vendors.

So the irony behind it all is I eventually intended to double down on the dragons set.

I already purchased it back during the July subs. I had some trouble then, because of the high cost of shipping. I had put it in my Sidecart originally, then wanted it removed because there was a bug with the system and I couldn't find a way to combine the shipping. One of the other customers (Steve Geddes) was able to help troubleshoot with me, and I was able to find a way to make the shipping much lower, combining the shipping for my books with the dragons. To do that, I put a new set of dragons in that July order. From there on everything with that July order was great.

I believe I asked for the first set of Dragons either to be removed from the Sidecart completely or just put back in, so I could make a decision for the August shipment. Once I had the set from my July order, I realized I really love the dragons, so getting a second set wasn't the issue. My plan then became: pass on the dragons set in August, and stick it on my September order. Because for this past month's order (September), I had also intended to get the six Pathfinder Battles Premium figures in addition to my AP. I figured, why not stick everything on one order (September), meet the $100 threshold for the Paizo shipping discount, and pay reduced shipping.

However, the miniature Premium product pages were put so late relative to their release, I wasn't aware if our Paizo discount would apply to them when I made this revised plan. I even posted a question in the Miniatures forum on one of the threads asking if the product pages had been put up, or if anyone knew if the discounts would apply. I didn't get a response. Without a response, I decided to take advantage of picking the six Premium minis up a still great price from another website. Not a huge deal, but it also stuck a hole in my September plans to order another set dragons, etc. So perhaps I'll try again another month..

Anyways, that is the tale of my last two months with Paizo products, haha. Now I'm just curious what steps to take to send the dragons back. As I mentioned in my other response, I've never sent product back to Paizo before.

In addition to faster communication, I do hope you great folks are able to start getting product information and pages up a bit faster. Another great example is the forthcoming Pathfinder Battles line product scheduled for December. As far as I know, we've not heard a peep about what we can expect in the set; still no previews. But just as important, with WizKids' recent changes to Incentives, and the high cost of shipping here at Paizo on such things, many of us completely lose out on the benefit of picking up the incentive pieces here. Other sites don't charge shipping at all if the customer hits a $75 or $100 threshold, and that's easy to do for those of us that grab products from other lines. Sure, we don't get the discount, but the lack of shipping cost (instead of the $20+ option for the dragons) make up for the difference. So it would be really nice to know in advance if I need to order Premium pieces here or elsewhere. Just using this as an example, of course, but it does apply to many things.
