Heya,
I recently redeemed the store credit vouchers I received from GMing at GenCon, and while I received two vouchers (one for $5, one for $50) and redeemed them both while purchasing a copy of the Starfinder Core Rulebook, the remaining store credit (about $45) isn't showing up in my account.
Thanks for any help you can offer
Allie

Are you talking about vouchers or gift certificates, because those are two very different things?
Generally, vouchers are given to GMs for volunteering at the premier plus cons. They work differently than gift certificates. They are more like coupons than store credit. When checking out, you can apply a voucher code which will reduce the price of the order by up to the voucher's face value. However, if you do not use the entire voucher's value, any unused portion is lost. So, if you used two vouchers, one for $5 and one for $50 on an order for a $10 PDF, you would lose the remaining $45, sorry to say.
This is entirely different than the Paizo gift certificates that Org Play used to issue to GM/volunteers. Those were redeemed to your account for their full value. Think of them like deposits into a bank account that you could then use to pay for purchases through the webstore. Any amount you didn't use, just remained in your account balance.
I don't recall exactly when we switched from gift certificates to vouchers, but its been 2-3 years.

Hello Alexandra!
Thank you so much for your patience as we work through our backlog. Vouchers can only be redeemed on an order and lose any remaining value once they are applied to an order. I do see that you placed an order for the Starfinder Core Rulebook PDF and redeemed a $5 voucher and a $50 voucher. I know misunderstandings happen and I'd hate for you to lose out on the majority of a voucher earned for your contribution as a GM so, as a one-time exception, I have gone ahead and granted the remaining $45.01 to your account as store credit. Let me know if you have any other questions and I would be happy to assist!
