As I caught you only 20 minutes after bumping I'll break the "don't reply to other's thread" rule to give you a warning: Posting a reply to your thread bump it back to the tail of the CS waiting list, as they go from the oldest to the newest thread, and the forum system only looks at the most recent message (yeah, that's problematic, they are working on implementing a new system.)

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through our backlog. It looks like when your subscription started, your first Adventure Path book was set to your sidecart. Your sidecart holds onto your books and holds them to ship with your monthly subscription order. Since the first order was placed after we generated subscription orders in July, that means your AP was set to ship out with your August subscription book. It's a method that helps folks minimize shipping costs by having all of their desired products ship out just once per month. Moving forward, your books will generate at the same time each month and you can see updates regarding subscriptions and subscription shipments on the monthly subscription threads stickied at the top of the Customer Service forum.
