Hello, is there an issue with this order? After it was moved from the sidecart it has been sitting at pending for 10 days now.

I just received this in the mail today, and the envelope has a corner ripped off, which in turn took off a large corner of the book front and back covers, as well as a break\rip that somehow went all the way through the spine of the book from front to back.

Am I able to get a replacement for it?

It's been 12 days now since shipping, last update for tracking was August 29th.

Is there another way to figure out what is going on and why the books haven't come yet?

I assume late hit hit authorization means late to ship as well?

Me too, my hope is august auths hit tomorrow and i get 2 books sent right away to catch up.

So, signing up for a subscription just after julys authorizations, still sitting in the sidecart after email and forum posts and whatnot.

Is it a reasonable assumption that with august authorizations in a few days, both books will trigger and ship out together at that point?

That would be wonderful... my Agents of Edgewatch is still sitting in the sidecart, can't find any buttons to say ship it now and all lines of communication seem to be potentially months from getting an answer, even if it is something as simple as someone from Paizo needs to click a button to move things along.

The PDF would be nice so I can start to prep for games. I understand the danger in getting PDFs early and people who will abuse that to get free PDFs and cancel subscriptions. I also believe the vast majority of people right now just want to know what is happening, and when orders will be filled.

How can I get Agents of Edgewatch out of the sidecart? There are no options, email is backed up months, and seems forum posts are as well.

Hello, I placed this order early July, and it is still sitting in the sidecart. I have no other subscriptions and do not see any kind of ship it now buttons.

Can you please get it processed so I can get the PDF before me group gets to the point where we are running it?
