What does "x tables of credit for (game system)" mean?

I was looking for my current number replays available and I don't see a listing for them. But I do have listings for "tables of credit for" the Pathfinder, Pathfinder 2, Starfinder games. What is meant by those "tables of credit"?

That's how many games you've GM'd for each system (with various multipliers for quests and AP/Adventures), tracking progress towards Stars, Novas, and Glyphs.
