I signed up for this a couple weeks ago and then received Chapter 3. Then yesterday I received Chapter 7. And those are the only 2 chapters I've received. Will the system eventually send them all to me?

I just downloaded the updated document. What happened to the level 3 pregens that were available before? My latest download, which includes the APG pregens, doesn't have any level 3 pregens.

I was looking for my current number replays available and I don't see a listing for them. But I do have listings for "tables of credit for" the Pathfinder, Pathfinder 2, Starfinder games. What is meant by those "tables of credit"?

Are the Pathfinder Society Quests part of the Scenario subscription? I get the scenarios but I have not gotten the quests. I wasn't sure if I should be getting them or not as part of the (free) scenario subscription.

What are the N, H, and L check boxes by the encounter lists? I thought H might be Hero point and L Loot but not sure what N would be or if I'm way off base to begin with.

It looks like my April and May subscriptions are still sitting in my sidecart. Could you look into this for me?

I'm a Starfinder Charter Superscriber but scenario 1-04 still says pending. I've gotten everything else so far, just that one is stuck.

I see the pdf to download for the Starfinder core rulebook but will there be a "lite" version to use with tablets?

I've been playing PFS locally for a couple years but haven't been playing for a quite a while due to our GM leaving and recently looked at my scenarios online. I found that a few of the scenarios I have sheets for are not recorded. And one is recorded twice but it was only played once, just over 2 sessions due to time constraints. So with the GM missing, how do I get those missing scenarios recorded and attached to my character? I've found a new place that is starting PFS up soon and want to go play but my character is missing half of the info online.

I was looking at my subscription order list for late October/Early November and it says 7 items are waiting to ship. But only 6 items are listed. Then I looked at other future shipments and it shows the same, 1 item less for each list.

My main concern was checking to see if the Deadly Foes miniatures case incentive was included in my subscription order, and I didn't see it. Can you make sure that I am getting that as well?

For the last 2 orders (3647926 and 3707774), I have received my subscriptions in 2 packages. For each order, 1 package contained only 1 item, either an Adventure deck or a Class deck. In both cases, there was enough space in the larger box to fit all subscriptions into the 1 package. So I'm wondering why everything is not shipping together. Why am I paying for 2 packages when it seems like everything should fit into 1? Can someone tell me why it's splitting into 2 packages?

Hello Michael,

You do not need to order the case incentive. When the subscription order is generated both the case and the case incentive will be generated to the order.

It's currently in my cart. Should I remove it then? Just want to make sure I get 1, not 0 or 2. Thanks.

I am a subscriber for the mini line (Pathfinder Battles) and when I tried to order the Rusty Dragon Inn case incentive, it said I needed to add a case of the Rusty Dragon Inn minis to complete the order. I thought a subscription would automatically pre-order the case for me so I would just have to add the case incentive if I wanted it. Am I doing something wrong? Do I actually need to add the case to the pre-order to get the case incentive even though I have the subscription? Is there a way to have the case incentive automatically added to the subscription as well?

How does one get the Herald of Iomedae card? Is it an actual promo card sent to the retailers that get the base game? Or is it "print and play"?

It can be added to the next shipment, so if it's not too late for this month, it can be added to this month. If it's too late for this month, then ship it next month.

I started a new subscription for the Pathfinder Battles (beginning with Dungeons Deep) yesterday but my order seems to show the Pathfinder Case figure (Gargantuan Red Dragon) not getting the subscription discount. Can you look into it and correct it?

When do items in your side cart get billed? When ordered or when shipped?

Is it too late to sign up for the Season of the Shackles PACG OP? Can we start at the beginning and still play all the scenarios? And does the offer of the free base set mentioned in the press release (found here) still exist?

I'm debating about if I should start Skull & Shackles up so late or just wait for the Wrath of the Righteous season.

And now playing Devil's Advocate: what's in it for the players? No promo cards right? Nothing special to draw them to the store to play, other than not having to pay for a scenario and getting access a month earlier than the public. What is being done to bring players to the store to play?

Is there something with the full details of the program out there? Will there be promo cards or something similar for player rewards?
