Talismans and unarmed combat

Is there no way to affix a talisman to your unarmed attack?
(For example the razor claws of the lizard folk)
The way its written it only seems to be possible to affix a talisman to a weapon, armor or shield.
Any ideas?

Unarmed attacks aren't weapons in this Edition like they were in Pathfinder 1.

My workaround is Handwraps of Mighty Blows. They are called out specifically as allowing Talismans to be affixed to them. For Level 1 characters I would allow them to start with a +0 Handwraps which are free. Compare to the Club basically.
