VisceralMonkey, you're not showing subscriber tags. Free PDFs are a perk of subscriptions, not just buying from Paizo.com. If you're supposed to have a subscription and it's just not showing (I've seen that a few times in recent months), Customer Service can take care of you, but they're running a bit behind right now.
Do not bump the thread. Customer Service addresses issues from the bottom of the list to the top so new posts in the thread will move you to the end of the line, not the beginning. (You're at the top of the queue right now, so I'm not pushing you back in line.)

Thank you so much for your patience as we have had a large influx of messages. It looks like you don't have a subscription for the Rulebooks line. To receive a complimentary PDF with your book, you need to be an active subscriber to that book's current subscription. The book needs to be the most recently released or the next book in the release schedule for that subscription as well. You can see more details about our subscriptions here.
