Hi there,

Recently, I noticed that I have been charged USD23.14 and USD24.79. Previously, my payment of USD23.14 was declined on the 21st of July and I attempted to resolve it and was charged USD23.14. On my bank account it looks like I have been charged 23.14 + 23.14 + 24.79, USD71.07. Is this expected or normal? Thanks and stay safe.

Thank you so much for your patience as we have had a large influx of messages. It appears that the first charge of $23.14 was actually an authorization and not a charge, and this has fallen off of your account. You should see just the charges of $23.14 and $24.79 settled on your account. Our warehouse charges for each shipment, which is why you saw the charge split instead of just one overall charge. I apologize for any confusion this caused!
