Bug report: Tracking URLs not working

The tracking link on my latest order (http://www.ups-mi.net/packageID/PackageID.aspx?PID=REDACTED) is timing out when I click the link. If I manually change the url to https, it works, so it would be super helpful if you could update the order page so it automatically goes to the secure url.
