Yeah, there are a few things in general that come to mind for sure. It's one of those things where I believe it should logically, but the RAW doesn't have an answer.

I was wandering the same thing.
I am designing an encounter to introduce mechs into my home brew world. And need a way for the mech(s) to be extracted. Still working on details.
But basically they have to break into a facility that is designing mechs (still working on why they need to do this) and basically steal a mech or 2.
I am guessing that I can just use the came expansion bays needed for vehicles (don’t have the pdf available, sorry for not remembering the actual name)...
