Eldritch Scion Bloodrage bloodline and Sorcerer bloodlines

Rules Questions

I have a character, Magus archetype eldritch scion level 11, I'm thinking on adding a sorcerer level to get a bloodline from the sorcerer bloodlines that can improve my damage (my current bloodrager bloodline from the magus archetype is Destined https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/bloodrager/bloodrager-blood lines/paizo-bloodrager-bloodlines/destined/)

But I'm not sure if it is possible to do this, my idea is to get the draconic bloodline (blue dragon) or get the crossbloded archetype and get the draconic bloodline and destined bloodline

Any insight on this?

If an eldritch scion takes levels in another class that grant a bloodline, the bloodlines must be the same type, even if that means that the bloodline of one of the classes must change. Subject to GM discretion, an eldritch scion can change his former bloodline to make them conform.

They have to be the same Bloodline, so you'd have to choose Destined. Subject to GM discretion you might be able to change your Magus Bloodline to Draconic when you pick up the sorcerer level.

I honestly don't know how this would interact with Crossblooded Sorcerer. You definitely wouldn't get bonuses from two different Bloodlines for your Magus class, but it might mean you could take a Destined/Draconic Sorcerer to go with your Destined Magus.

Thanks for the reply could you link from where you got that? Is a FAQ?

My idea is actually leaning towards the crossblooded option since it seems the only way to do it

That quote's the second paragraph of the eldritch scion's bloodline ability, Peco. Mr Charisma linked it.

Click there where it says "ELDRITCH SCION", it's a link.

EDIT: Ninjavr'd

Weird, I swear I read that a lot of times and didn't see that...

Thanks

All good, I found out I'd been reading Alchemist wrong for like 3 years =P
