I have an issue for a while - in my organized play I always get an error if I hit the 'Sessions' page. The Summary works, GM Event Coordinator works and boons does work (haven't yet tried to purchase any).
Question 1: Does anyone else has this issue?
It makes it awkward as I'm unable to check if all my games got reported correctly. I have a spreadsheet for that - just in case. But there are 2 games I'm not sure if they got reported. So far I assumed yes - as only including them would add up to my total of 60 table credit.
This leads to question 2 - has anyone else noticed a decrease in table credit after hitting the refresh points button in GM/Event Coordinator?
I was proud earlier today to see all 3 glyphs for the first time in my view. Alas - the pride was only short-lived. After hitting refresh I got 58 table credit (and lost one glyph).
Testing out a different browser I first noticed the 3rd glyph gone. Still couldn't get to Sessions - so I refreshed again my points - and my credit went down a further 3 tables to 55.
Hm - another refresh and I'm back to 58??
So maybe the count is correct and I have to chase up the two tables? So far I didn't as I didn't want to have credit twice. Any way to see that without sessions available (no - these two tables have no GM credit for any of my characters - so can't see them that way) and they are not reported by me.

I haven't seen the error on the Sessions page, I had been seeing the error on Refresh Points until last week's update appears to have fixed that. My table count has been stable across Refresh Points, but my AcP count has been fluctuating a bit (in the -5 to +7 range of expected value).
I would guess any table count changing is due to quest accounting, and I think Tonya was running some database backfill changes over the weekend. Its possible those are still running, or that they did something unexpected.
How many of your tables are quests?

@Eric
I have 13 quests - which should be 3 1/4 credits.
@sadflk2001
Do you have access to your sessions? Does nexuscon2020 appear?
Not enough data to debug - especially as I don't know if 2 of mine have been reported (or not).
Mathematically possible that quests only count for a total of 1 - not matter how many and that you miss 2 in addition due to nexuscon2020.
But as I said - I can't truly tell. Should get my third glyph this weekend thanks to GenCon - but you would hope the system can count ...

Just a guess, the 58->55 blip sounds like you caught it during the window when they were trying to get the quests to display correctly.

The system thinks I have 46 tables of GMing for PF2. If you check GM, and PF2 and count them up, it adds up to 58.5. I've noticed that there are a slew of games which are reported, but are not counting for GM credit for some reason, and some which aren't granting ACP (could be ones I've previously GMd that aren't repeatable by the looks of it).
If someone in IT wants a specific example, Event 80098 session 58-62 gave ACP but no GM credit, curiously all in the same month. Game in that same event immediate prior to that stretch and after both gave ACP and GM credit. Games reported in last September, no GM credit (two different events including TPKon7).
The system isn't recognizing all games that were GM'd as such for GM counting purposes.

Getting Glyphs is HARD ...
I was on 60 tables credit on the 11of of July
I foolishly hid refresh and dropped to 58
I GMed 4 scenarios at Gencon
I see my 3rd glyph reappearing (so must be >=60 I assume)
I hit refresh and I'm at 59 and demoted to 2 glyphs once more ...
Something I noted for ThodCon (the only recent event I have access to as organizers with other GMS)
I notice 2 different entries for Quests:
0 Pathfinder Society (second edition) GM Credits
or a blank line
Guess one is 1/4 rounded down for display (or no display because of rounding / unable to display) and one is nothing. I don't see scenarios missing that way in ThodCon - but that is only a single event.
Edit: I have gone back to my own reporting (Sunrise Lodge UK). I don't have screenshots - but I'm pretty certain that last time I looked all 13 quests showed 0 Pathfinder society (second edition) GM credits. These now all show a blank line.
My guess best guess is: 64.25 games GMed. 2 not reported for 62.25. 13 quests that just dropped off (but were counted last time I reported this) for 59 credit in the system.

Yes all quests display as 0, but OP thinks they are calculating as 0.25 on the backend.
One mistake I found in mine yesterday from an older event the Name field for one of my GM session (aka NielsenE) was missing, back from an event at ConCurrent. The entire line still showed up as a GM'd session though. And my total had recently dropped by 1. I thought that the newly reported 2-01 wasn't getting included in the total, but my guess is something about their summation changed and needs that field filled in. I've submitted the error correction request. Might be another corner case to look for in your list of sessions.
