Hey I just recently subscribed to get the new Pathfinder 2E Advanced Player's Guide. It said it would ship in 11-20 days of the order, however it just recently changed to shipping with a later subscription shipment. It's in my sidecart and has a status of Complete. It also has the tags next to it of C and S. If someone can help me understand what all this means, I'd really appreciate it :)


Considering tomorrow is the release date & I've had no indication otherwise, I'm gonna ask again. Can someone please help me?

Man, since you just bumped it I will respond a bit.

1- They respond to the oldest tickets on this forum first, meaning every time you bump a ticket it by posting in it the request goes to the back of the line. Sorry. Try to avoid that.

2- When asking a question like this I ask in a new post, like you did, but I also post the question in the monthly subscriptions thread for double visibility. But that thread will RARELY get you an answer unless alot of people are experiencing the same issue. You can also email customer.service@paizo.com with the subject SUBSCRIPTION HELP and it might get seen sooner but they are about a month behind on both forum responses and email responses right now.

Only Customer Service will be able to really tell you what is going on with your shipment, this post here is your best bet right now at getting eyes on it. Just don't respond to it anymore and they will get to it.

Good luck, but the overall answer is 'it will get shipped when their warehouse gets the ticket' Beyond that it will take a customer service rep to look at your order.
