Additional skills for druids

Rules Discussion

The rules state that druids can get 2 + INT modifier additional skills. But in core rulebook Pg 30, the sample dwarf druid gets 3 additional skills when his INT modifier is 0. Did I miss anything?

"Turning to skills, he marks Nature as trained and notes that once he picks his druid order, he’ll become trained in another skill determined by that order. He then gets to choose three more skills (if he had a higher Intelligence, he would have gotten more). He decides on Athletics, Diplomacy, and Medicine, marking all of them as trained."

Druid are automatically trained in nature, and then select 2+int mod skills (and then add skill from background).

All classes have at last 1 initial skill before the bonus skills.

Yes, if I follow the sample dwarf druid's character, he gets Nature as druid initial skill, Survival and Cave Lore skills from Nomad background, and Intimidation from Wild druid order. Then he should get only two more skills as his INT modifier is zero. But the core rulebook says he gets three more skills. That is where I am confused.

Assuming that you have described the example accurately, I am guessing that druids got 3+Int mod skills at one point and the example was not updated when the rules were.

After reading through it, I agree that the example is wrong. He has 1 too many Skills.
