Cost of Learning a New Language (UC)?

I'm trying to figure out if there's a cost to learning a new language but I can't seem to find one. It is not retraining per se, but I'm unsure if this would also be 10gp x lvl x 20 days.

easiest way is to add a skill rank to linguistics. other than plot or DM saying you learn it thats the only way i know. maybe read linguistics and see if it has something? dunno.

Using the UC rules it is indeed the same daily cost as retraining, 10 gp/character level/day.
