Please cancel "Pathfinder Adventure Path" Subscription

Good morning
I've sent an email with no response a week ago. I want to cancel my "Pathfinder Adventure Path" subscription effective immediately. There is an upcoming shipment for Issue 1 of the new path but I do not want that. Thank you. I wish to keep my miniatures subscription for now.

How long will it take to cancel this? I do NOT want the next shipment that's schedule and have been trying to cancel for a month now via email and here.
