Hi there my Subscription is for 2 cases PF battles minis (2x City of Lost Omens) and 2 premium figures (2x Red & Black Dragon).

So, in the email you have sent there are just the two Lost Omens cases, and you're charging me $358.18/case, and not the $279.99/case they're available to me in the store. Can you fix this, pretty please.

Can I also get the two Premium figures as per my subscription added (2x Red & Black Dragon).

Can I get a new e-mail to confirm this.

You are wonderful people and I love love love love your minis- they bring my game to life.

Earlier this month you should have received an email from us detailing some changes to the Pathfinder Battles subscription. WizKids has changed their business model for the Battles line, and cases no longer include the deeply discounted case incentive premiums. Instead, premiums will be widely available and will be discounted at 30%, which is the standard Battles subscription discount. With the City of Lost Omens case, the two premiums releasing are the Red and Black Dragons and the Thieves’ Guild. If you’d like either or both of these premiums, let me know and I’ll be sure to add them onto your order for you. Moving forward, you will need to add any premium sets to your sidecart to receive them, as they will not automatically generate with your subscription order.

You should see the updated cost of your Battles cases now. Let me know if you would still like to continue with the Red and Black Dragons on your order, and if you would like to add the Thieves' Guild set as well.

Any sign that this order will be processed, I confirmed that I would like two of the Red & Black Dragons premiums with my order a week ago. It still says order suspended, and there's no change in the cart?

Hi can I pretty please get my order- see above. Two weeks plus without a reply- you asked the question 1st July, I replied 3rd July (see above) nothing since then...

My order is marked as suspended, and the premium items not added- please fix this.
