Problem with digitial download

Season 3-2 of Starfinder Society dropped and I am having issues downloading it. I keep getting a corrupted file that is unable to open. Instead of PZOSFS0302E7, I get the file name PZOSFS0302E76nc3. I have tried refreshing the download link several times and still, the same corrupted file is offered. Episode 1 downloads fine. Any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I've determined that the copy of the SFS 03-02 available for download is malformed, and have informed Organized Play so they can generate a corrected file.

This issue should be resolved going forward. If you've *already* watermarked the malformed file for download, click on the "Having trouble downloading this file?" link below the download link to regenerate the file before downloading normally.

Mine's still broken. The problem is that it never downloads anything, nor does it give the "having trouble downloading this file" link. It just is stuck on "Personalizing... Click link again in 60 seconds to download", even if I clear my browser cache, and go back to the page.

Downloading the file under your username works for me in Chrome. It's possible if you had attempted to download the file more than four hours ago that your browser cached the bad version.

Perhaps try again in incognito mode or a different browser?

I receive an error in Adobe on page 33 saying "A drawing error occurred" for Handout #2 Prismacora's Song. The text is not visible unless you try and select the text.
