Ok, the Glaive of the Art gives +2 item bonus on Crafting and Performance checks while wielding. It takes to hands to wield and I get how you can make a performance with it but how would you craft while holding it?

Use it to chop up the cucumbers when crafting a salad.
Make a crafting check to recall knowledge while holding it?

While carving wood could work, I prefer a huge block of butter to express divine creativity of Shelyn.
Good question, but it's unlikely to ever come up in actual play. It's a Level 14 Uncommon Item. If you actually care about Crafting, you'll definitely have a Greater Crafter's Eye Piece long before you get this, and they don't stack.
