Response time on defective product inquiries

I sent an email a few days ago regarding a defective Bestiary, I know covid and such has delayed response times. I was just curious about how long I should wait before reaching out again?

Paizo Customer Service Status Updates & What to Do

AS of right now, they have gotten through the April 30 emails.


Yikes alright sounds good. Thanks for the information. This is the second Bestiary I have gotten with a different issue this time so my FLGS said to take it up with Paizo.


For reference a couple of us reported some issues with Part 4 of the current AP back at the end of April. I received my replacement earlier this week.
