Subscription Not Sending Products

Pathfinder PF Special Edition Subscriber

I've sent multiple requests via email about this, and I'm not sure what else to do.

I signed up for a Special Edition Pathfinder 2nd Edition Subscription and have been waiting for Bestiary 2 for quite some time now. The entire reason I'm using this subscription is because I thought it would help me get my products sooner, yet they don't seem to be coming at all.

What do I need to do to receive my ordered products? Please help.
