I am still working on my D20 Modern / PF 1e
Mash Up but I think I've finally found a build
Blade - Bound ( Maybe Kensai) 8 / Fast hero 3 / Charismatic hero 5
I want to focus on A Frostbite build with some Feinting/ swordplay Style and I eventually want dueling master stroke and some other dueling related feats.
I am human and am willing to take a one level Dip if it helps me with my feats
My image I'd a young noble who is as cold as an Artic storm . Sharp and to the point
But is slowly starting to warm up to his comrades

I'm not usually a huge fan of the Kensai, but it does make a very good duelist.
I'd make use of True Strike for combat maneuvers. You can fight defensively and still have a +16 to your CMB. I'd take the Wand Wielder arcana and get a wand (and a spring-loaded wrist-sheath), this lets you cast it over and over again if needed, but alsonhas the advantage that activating wands doesn't provoke AoOs.
As for dips, maybe take a level of Brawler? There's nothing like Martial Flexibility to give you the edge in a duel.

How would you do his feats?

I dunno.
Are you thinking STR or DEX based?
I'm a fan of PREFERRED SPELL at 5th level on your favourite attack spell. Between that and Wand Wielder it turns you into a pseudo-spontaneous caster.
If you're going for maneuvers and dipping Brawler then Power Attack and Combat Expertise (or Dirty Fighting) are good choices.
I guess Improved Initiative isna good choice for a duelist.

Preferred spell seems like a waste on a Magus who can spell-recall spent spells with a swift action. Unless you are always short on arcana points.
Well sadly I'm giving up spell recall foe a Kensai feature.
Kensai and blade bound fit this character very well
He'll have a 1ST level ring of wizardry

I disagree. I love it on the Magus, it lets you prepare all utility spells and switch in a damagebspell when needed. Then if it turns out you needed that utility spell you can recall it.
