I answered your previous thread first, so I will put a copy of my response in this thread as well:
It appears that the reason the code did not take is because your of the conflicting promotion for the first edition celebration sale. While the paizocon2020 discount will stack with other discounts that are stackable, the First Edition Celebration Sale discount is actually the one marked as not being able to stack, so the system is giving you the better of the two options: the first edition celebration sale price.
Hopefully this makes sense for why you don't see prices changing on some items in the cart! Both promotions have to be allowed to stack with other promotions in order to do so. The most common stacking is your Paizo Advantage with anything that allows stacking, so something that does not qualify for the First Edition Celebration Sale, but does apply for Paizo Advantage and a stack-able discount will get both stack-able discounts.
In addition, it appears that the code did not apply to the two adventure paths because the code is specified not to apply to subscription items, so that's why there were no qualifying items in that order!

Sorry for not replying in a couple of weeks. I did not receive a notification of this thread having been answered, and I got caught on the routine of work and children, never remembering to check until now.
Thank you very much for the detailed explanation. Now it makes sense that the code did not work. I meant only for the PACG deck when I wrote this, since I know that codes do not work with subscription items (I simply chose the option "send with my next subscription shipment"). Since the deck was listed with a reduced price, but not saying what was the promotion, I could not have guessed this until you told me.
