Hi, I have received this order, thank you very much for all your efforts.
I do, however, have one issue. I did not received 2 x Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Trays. Instead I was provided 2 x Starfinder Dice Trays which I did not order - I had actually already ordered two of the Starfinder version back in Order 4934312 (2018).
Please organise the delivery of 2 x Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Trays, as ordered, thank you.
Delivery with the next subscriptions package is fine.

Hi, again.
I have discovered another issue with one of the received items from this order: Adventure Path Bundle: Hell's Rebels - Pawn Collection, has one page misaligned - heads, body parts and names are cut off (see attached image - I was going to attach an image, but there is no facility to do so).
One question regarding the product Pathfinder Chase Cards Deck (PF2 subscription item). The product box indicates 55 Chase Cards, but the product page indicates a 55-card deck. My question here is: are there 55 Chase Cards or 55 cards in the box?
The product I received contains the following:
- 51 actual chase cards (including: 25 General, 8 Underground, 9 Urban and 9 Wilderness) - it looks to me like I have 1 Underground card missing(?)
- 3 reference cards (including 2 rules cards and 1 credits/licence card)
- 1 product advertisement card - not a chase card at all
Is this the compete product card list? Do I have 1 Underground card missing? If so, please supply a complete product with my next subscriptions delivery.

Hi, again!
I think you need to talk to your goblins in parcel packing. Just 20 mins ago, more or less, I received the package with the replacement 2 x Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Trays. The problem is, the Goblins have sent me 2x Starfinder Trays, again! Now I have 6 Starfinder trays, of which I only ordered the original 2. I will be handing these extras out to my SF players, I am sure they will praise the Paizo gods for their lucky bounty!
I can understand the error - underneath the listing for Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Tray was a listing for the Starfinder Flip-Mat: Desert World.
Please give your goblins some glasses (or +20 to their roll Perception: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (12) + 20 = 32) - hopefully that will get them over the DC 20 check, and might I suggest that you request the 2 x Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Trays that you will send me again, to be shipped separately as a single item. Hopefully they won't misinterpret the word "Pathfinder" this time.
You might also like to ask them why this has happened twice now? Is Paizo out of stock of Pathfinder Second Edition Dice Trays? Your shop listing does not suggest this.

My account that had messages here has been lost a week after spending almost AU$300 - user name: Griffonbait. I cannot check my order status. I have been receiving regular Paizo email right up to the day I could not access my account - April 6th 2021.
I cannot access the account or any of my purchased downloads, and I have zero feedback from Customer Service - my email address is not recognised by the system.
Can you please look into this.
