I received a notification that Bestiary 2 has been shipped out to me. I looked at my history and realized the subscription never ordered and sent Bestiary 1 to me. I don't want to order because I don't want it to show up later and end up having to cancel or return it.
Can someone get back t me why that never happened and also if there's a list of all products that should have shipped out for my 2 subscriptions so I can see if any others never auto-ordered for me as well?

Pathfinder Lost Omens
Pathfinder Rulebook
For Rulebooks I'm only concerned about 2E stuff.

Hi Esbin,
When the 2e rulebooks launched, some subscribers only received the CRB instead both the CRB and Bestiary due to the way the subscription was set up. I have set up an order for the Bestiary for you and can either cancel it or have it ship out, whichever you'd like. Looking at your Lost Omens and Rulebooks subscriptions, the Bestiary is the only book that you are missing. Thanks for your patience!

Hey Joan,
The order status currently says "Pending Suspended" and there's no options to change it or anything saying why it's suspended.
