Hey Paizo Customer Service team,
I hope you are doing well despite all the troubles going on in the world.
I just had a query related to my latest subscription order (Order 22062602), I will been charged $37 for shipping, this order is for the latest Pathfinder AP and a copy of the Bestiary 2, last time I had a similar sized order a few months back the shipping only came to $6, and every other shipment has been around $7 so why is this months subscription shipping so much more expensive?
I’m hoping it was a simple miscalculation and can be fixed up before the order is finished processing.

The majority of your orders only contained a single Adventure Path, which ship fairly inexpensively due to their very light weight. The previous order you had containing a hardcover book was actually quoted incorrectly by our system, and we honored the lower quote provided in your confirmation email. That order (order 13949290) originally should have shipped for nearly $40. Hopefully I'm explaining that clearly for you but please let me know if you have any additional questions.
