I have been a fan of paizo and pathfinder since I was a kid. It's been years, but I finally have a chance to get back into it now thanks to this horrible epidemic. Yet, despite having money I can finally spend and time to use it, I can't give it to you. Every time I tried the payment method field would be cleared and it would tell me there was no valid payment method. And from what I've seen of past discussions, the only way to give you that info is over a phone line that is probably going to be too busy right now or over an email server which is basically like handing out my card info.
I wanted to buy literally hundreds of dollars worth of stuff, maybe more, and really dive into this game that I love.
So I have to ask... Why, when my fiance who runs a small business off of her iphone can easily accept varying cards without issue, is Paizo living in the fricking early 2000's when it comes to their payment method?
To be clear, I don't want my order to go through anymore. I found another site that sells something of similar quality for slightly more that actually took my money the first time I tried to give it to them. I am just leaving this here as a heads up that I spent nearly 500 dollars on a competitor of yours today because your payment system is so old and broken it can't do the one thing it was designed too.
