The Inquisitor Archetypes Infiltrator and Ravener Hunter stack but, they have two abilities that counteract one another, how would you rule it

Holy Magic

A ravener hunter adds all spells of 6th-level and lower on the cleric spell list with the good descriptor to her inquisitor spell list as inquisitor spells of the same level. If a spell appears on both the cleric and inquisitor spell lists, the ravener hunter uses the lower of the two spell levels listed for the spell. She cannot cast a spell with the chaotic, evil, or lawful descriptors, even from spell trigger or spell completion items.

This ability alters the inquisitor’s spells.

Forbidden Lore (Ex)

While other inquisitors learned to track unbelievers, an infiltrator learns how to cast their spells. An infiltrator can cast spells of an alignment opposed to her or her deity (ignoring the restriction in the Chaotic, Evil, Good, and Lawful Spells class ability).

This ability replaces track.

RAW I think you wouldn't be able to cast chaotic, evil or lawful spells. Forbidden Lore specifically counters the part in the Base Inquisitor's features that disallows them in the first place while Holy Magic adds that restriction back in your Spells feature.

So while the archetypes stack, it looks like you lose some synergy.

If you read the description of forbidden lore it specifies that it allows you to cast spells opposed to your deity’s alignment. The section on ignoring the restrictions on chaotic, evil, good and lawful spells is defining what spells are opposed by your deity’s alignment.

Raven hunter specifies that you do not have a deity, and instead your powers come from nature itself.

Since you actually do not have a deity, you no spells are in opposition to your deity’s alignment. This means that forbidden lore does nothing for you. Holy magic specifies that you are unable to cast spells with chaotic, evil, or lawful descriptors. This restriction is still in place because forbidden lore only applies to spells opposed by the deity you do not have.

This appears to state that a vanilla Inquisitor need not have a deity. That language is in Forbidden Lore too.
