March Subscription package hasn't arrived yet

Hi Paizo CS folks

My march subscription order: #15870268

Was shipped on the 25th of March I think, but has yet to arrive here. Is that something I should be worried about? Is it just Corona-virus-ey delays? (Am I maybe still in the expected window of shipping? It feels long...

I wondered if you'd be able to look into the shipping system for me and see if it's still doing what it's supposed to be doing?

I'm REALLY keen to read the second instalment of the Threefold Conspiracy.

Steve, maybe it's an Aussie thing? I'm in the exact same boat (and started my own thread).


I suspect you’re right - I know that freight from the US has slowed down Pretty much across the board. I wondered whether paizo could look into tracking numbers - as I understand it, the lack of tracking is an issue with systems talking to each other, not because the numbers don’t exist.

Postal services across the world have been adjusting their policies to allow for safer working conditions for staff, and to adapt to higher volumes of packages from online orders. At this time, it is still highly likely that international packages are just delayed due to the current situation with COVOD-19. I encourage you (and any other folks expecting an international delivery) to check what may be going on with your local service to see if you package may be impacted.

I figured I’d bump this thread, since my March package still isn’t here (neither is my April package, although that’s only a bit late, if at all).

Are you able to look up a tracking number, maybe to see if you can shed any light?

The March order I’m worried about is: #15870268

I did speak to the post office who confirmed things were slow from the US, however I have been getting other US-origins parcels quicker than this. If it turns out it has been lost or returned to sender, I’d be keen to get a replacement moving ASAP. If this is still “within the new normal” then all good!

This thread can be ignored - my March shipment arrived today (the April shipment arrived yesterday) so it looks like things are getting back into gear down here.
