I think about magus's archetype Myrmidarch.
At 4th level, a myrmidarch can use spellstrike to cast a single-target touch attack ranged spell and deliver it through a ranged weapon attack. Even if the spell can normally affect multiple targets, only a single missile, ray, or effect accompanies the attack.
If i take 1lvl wizard universalist with Hand of the Apprentice.
Can i use sword with Hand of the Apprentice to delivery spell?
P. S. Attack with HoA is treated as a ranged attack with a thrown weapon.

You cause your melee weapon to fly from your grasp and strike a foe before instantly returning to you. As a standard action, you can make a single attack using a melee weapon at a range of 30 feet. This attack is treated as a ranged attack with a thrown weapon, except that you add your Intelligence modifier on the attack roll instead of your Dexterity modifier (damage still relies on Strength). This ability cannot be used to perform a combat maneuver. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.
It specifies standard action which isn't looking good for your plan. By doing so it implies that HotA is its own special standard action rather than a normal attack.
