caster level and caster stat for evangelist boons

If I'm playing an int-based caster, what is the caster stat used for evangelist boons? What is the caster-level?

Evangelist says they use their character level in place of caster level for their boons.

Unless specified otherwise a spell-like abilities and supernatural abilities default as charisma based.
