When this is taken, and if the spell is taken from the druid or cleric spell list, does this mean that these are considered to be on the wizard’s spell list now? If so, can this particular wizard can make scrolls of these spells for other wizards to learn from AS wizard spells?

It’s on the Wizard spell list for you, but not for anyone else. You can make scrolls of it; it’s a rules mess though. It’ll be arcane; I think you have to be an arcane caster with the spell on your list to use such a scroll; I don’t even know if you can UMD an arcane scroll of divine-only spell.

The spell is on your spell list, not that of other wizards. That means that you can create a scroll with the spell on it, but other wizards are unable to use it, or learn the spell from it.

Sorcerers and Wizards share the same base spell list. There ae a lot of bloodlines that give sorcerers access to spells from other lists. Those spells are still not considered on the sorcerer/wizard spell list except for those characters. The Undine wizard FCB is the same thing.
