So my question is, if i am as a Quorlu can't benefit from drugs, medicinals, or similar nonmagical substances is First Aisd and any treatment which could by done by medicine skill and with a medlab and/or medkit must be done by magic?
So a Quorly can only receive First Aid? As far as i can tell we don't need special equipment for First Aid and a trained character can easily do the DC 15 check for Medicine or a good roll from an untrained character!
Weird that my Quorlu trained in Medicine can only heal and treat any kind of affliction for carbon based lifeforms.

First aid isn't a substance it's a skill use. You don't use a substance to heal someones wounds (those are mostly to prevent infection) you physically put them back together with stitches and stuff. I'd imagine with quorlu running around a first aid kit includes some plaster and tar....but those substances don't heal the damage, the physician does.
Better news, healing serums are magic so.. not even sure what non magical healing substances there are..

Also, given the setting and the ubiquity of magic, most likely a standard first aid kit *does* have some low level magical components. Remember, the "magic" and "hybrid" labels don't arise from a given Doohickey having any magic at all, they explicitly only apply to Doohickeys that have enough magic to be meaningfully effected by stuff that effects the Magic tag.

And the treatment for deadly wounds and against poison and a disease?
A Medkit is listed under Technological Items, and we are sure a common antiseptic can help a Quorlu? As it says for that race:
Lithic
Quorlus gain a +2 racial bonus to saving throws against bleed, disease, and poison effects, and they can’t benefit from drugs, medicinals, or similar nonmagical substances. In addition, quorlus don’t breathe or suffer the normal environmental effects of being in a vacuum.
For the Basic Medkit it lists spray antiseptic as what's inside.
I would not let any Quorlu based on that benefit from that and would let them roll a Fortitude save because of the risk of an infection because no antiseptic can help them! It's at least a similar nonmagical substance!

There's more to medicine than putting some neosporin on it. Resisting poison and disease could cover everything from burning the infection out with a hot knife, clean stitches, a sweat tent, a physical cleanse of the digestive tract (making a terminal moraine?), physically sucking the poison out*, mass hydration therapy, pour boiling water on it, superglue......
Anti biotics and anti toxins are the types of substances they're talking about. Not a med kit that happens to have some chemicals as some of the tools in the kit.
*IRL a bad idea because you break capillaries and put poison in the bloodstream faster when you want it in slower but starfinder runs more on fiction tropes than reality
