In the description for Khopesh weapon it says "The tip of a khopesh is usually hooked so that it can be used to disarm an opponent’s shield or weapon." However, it does not have the 'disarm' trait listed, just 'trip'? Assuming it was omitted by mistake?

Might be intended to have Disarm instead of Trip, it has the right number of traits for a d8 martial weapon though.

Could just be an editing error, like the Bastard Sword saying it's good at dealing piercing damage when it only does slashing.

It could also be a case of being lost to trimming. Perhaps a version of the Kopesh existed that had both trip and disarm, but that put the weapon just a bit too strong based on the metrics that Paizo uses to design weapons. So something had to go, and disarm lost out to Trip.

Either way, as Squiggit said, the weapon is right in line with other martial d8 weapons. It would have to be Advanced to gain any more traits, but that would put it in a worse place imho.

I also wish there was a spear which had the Hand trait, allowing it to be used with 1 or 2 hands so we can make a "proper" hoplite type character. 1 hand and shield or 2 hand to do slightly more damage.

Just reskin a Bastard Sword or Gnome Hooked Hammer.

That has been my fix up to now. Call it a warspear actually. Goes from d6 to d10 due to having Reach though.
